Since the turn of the millennium, Caint has worked closely with Rocco Forte's luxury hotel chain, supplying various bespoke technology solutions, including the company's international intranet.

Once logged in, personnel have access to modify and add to any part of the extensive intranet through a bespoke content management system, which is used to disseminate information and documentation. Specific applications were also developed to help in the day-to-day running of the organisation, such as a contact directory.

A sophisticated administration section is included, which allows user access control to the myriad sub-sections of the intranet.

Caint also manages Rocco Forte Collection's bespoke recruitment website, which features an easy to use administration facility for updating vacancies and candidate information.

Alongside the website development, Caint is responsible for Rocco Forte Collection's large database of newsletter subscribers, including regular targeted email newsletters. Caint has developed an intuitive user interface to this database, allowing personnel to easily send stylish newsletters whenever necessary.
